Damien Vereker and Marcin 'Martin' Mizgajsk called by for a photo with after their Time trial training spin today. They are wearing Oakley Kato sunglasses which are ultra limited models we sponsored for their Olympic trials.
They head off for the national championships this Thursday.

We are both delighted to represent Ireland in the Paracycling World Cup in Belgium this weekend.
Big thank you to the whole team and staff that is looking after us here so well.

Our àFirst cycle on Tandem since broken bone 3 months ago...

The one way to test it is to crash and see if is all good🤦🙈🤣💪.

But is not about how you fall they say...🙂

Few positive thing's that came to my head when you crash:

1. If you ripped you gears like we did on tandem today it gives you a chance to buy New On.👍

2. Don't ring your wife..trust me it's better if she finds out that you crash from your Insta post..😉🤣

3. Get the coffee after and brownie to raise the sugar level...it will boost your recovery 😉🙂.
