Our merchandise is 100% authentic, Elite class or Master quality inspired, brand-new or like new, and made of the best quality. All of our items come from a smoke-free and pet-free home. If you would like to do business with us, please first read through our business policies below.

If you would like to pre-order one of our items, we require a 50% down payment.
If you cancel an item after you have ordered it, you will be charged 20% per item.
All reserved items are considered sold.
We have a strict policy of no returns, and no exchanges.

Prior to purchase, please check the photos of the item thoroughly and ensure they match your preference.
Please keep in mind that different screens, whether they be computer monitors, tablets, phones, etc. have different resolutions and may show differing colors of an item.

We only ship within the Continental United States. Shipping time varies by buyer location. We are not liable for any shipping delays once we have shipped the item. We are also not liable for any damages caused during the shipping process.

Shop & Dream reserves the right to cancel any transaction under the following conditions:
i. The buyer has not responded for 3 consecutive follow ups regarding settlement of payment.
ii. Buyer cancelled transaction due to inability to pay.
iii. Buyer is determined to be a "Bogus Buyer" or "JoyJoy Miners".
