What a privilege to be invited to speak with the incredible team at Sydney Airport for World Mental Health Day on “The Mindset and Skills for Peak Performance: Neuroscience-Backed Tools to Build Collaboration, Resilience and Success.”
In a fast-paced, high-performance work environment how we thrive within it depends on our collective strength. But when we’re stressed, the first thing to go is how we engage with people — our oxytocin levels drop, and collaboration suffers. Resilience isn’t just about “getting on with it.” It’s about building awareness, connection, and tools to adapt, collaborate, and excel together. This is the power of mastering your mindset in order to build collaboration, resilience and success.
In this keynote I shared The Mind Strength Method toolkit, which helps people and teams build psychological safety, motivation, and engagement — to not just survive through uncertainty and change, but thrive through it.
Huge thanks to Emily Watson and Ana Tzenos for bringing this event together, and it was wonderful to meet Adrian Witherow and many others in the Sydney Airport team. Look forward to continuing the conversations!
