I have some new things in the works for 2023 but you'll have to be a little more patient. I was working on setting up a Patreon page when my Mac Book died. All my scripts are on it. I'm working on recovering them and then making some recordings. Wish me luck!

Tis the season....to over-extend ourselves, get over-whelmed and start to burn out. How about this year you counter that with a little self-care?

Please join me Wednesday at 8 pm MST for 45 minutes of deep relaxation and stress relief. (zoom link in the comments)
no previous experience is required and anyone is welcome.

All that you need is a quiet space to lie uninterrupted for 45 minutes. This is not your typical movement type of yoga.
Participants will have their video and audio turned off. You can lie in the comfort of your own home as I guide you through a series of visualizations and techniques to allow your mind and your body to slip into a deep state of relaxation. Receive deep rest and restoration in this extremely healing practice.
am offering these sessions for free. I very much want this to be for anyone who would like to partake. There are many now with very limited employment and funds. And there are so many struggling with anxiety, poor sleep and volatile emotions. It is something I can offer to help you navigate these challenging times.
For those that wish to pay you can donate a little thank you, I will gratefully receive.

I'm noticing the change in the light and the feel and smell of the cool mornings. The seasons are changing and it's time to welcome in the first day of Fall.
Join me in a special meditation for the Autumnal Equinox on Wednesday at 8 pm. (zoom link in the comments)

Yoga Nidra can be practiced by anyone. It holds immense benefits for all those who struggle to let go, those who suffer from lack of sleep, trauma, burn-out, and anxiety. It is also highly beneficial and holds great healing power for anyone who wants to experience a deeper sense of peace and re-connect more profoundly with themselves.

No previous experience is necessary. You don't need anything for this practice, just a comfy place to lay down and relax.

This is a free event but donations are gratefully received via PayPal or etransfer: [email protected]

We've come to the end of our journey up through the chakras. Tonight we explore the 7th chakra, the crown chakra.
The crown chakra is at the top of the "chakra ladder" which starts from the root chakra that grounds us on the Earth and progresses upward to the Sahasrara which connects us with the universe and the Divine source of creation.

Sahasrara is located at the crown of the head. The gift of this chakra is experiencing unity and the selfless realization that everything is connected at a fundamental level.

The energy of this chakra allows us to experience mystical oneness with everyone and everything in nature.

There is no intellectual knowing at the level of seventh chakra, but there is serenity, joy, and deep peace about life.

oooh doesn't that sound lovely!

Wednesday at 8 we'll explore the next in our series, the 6th chakra. The sixth chakra, the Ajna chakra, brow chakra or third eye chakra is in the area of the third eye, which is found in the space between the eyebrows. It encompasses the pituitary gland, eyes, head, and lower part of the brain and is represented by the colour indigo..

The Third Eye acts as the observer, the part of yourself that perceives the worlds inside and around you. It represents your consciousness and acts as a pathway to your own personal enlightenment.

Most every person possesses some semblance of spiritual yearning or curiosity, and your Third Eye chakra helps guide you in the right direction. It represents your natural reserve of wisdom and understanding of the outside world. This chakra is associated with extra-sensory perception, and when blocked, your intuition or psychic abilities may feel drained or reduced.

When this chakra is balanced, we feel a sense of spiritual confidence, intuition, emotional stability, self-awareness, and increased observation. A healthy Third Eye chakra typically indicates a strong sense of self and an increase in psychic abilities.
Some suggestions for a sankalpa that might resonate with this chakra include

I am in touch with my inner guidance.
I listen to my deepest wisdom.
I am wise, intuitive, and connected with my inner guide.
I listen to the wisdom of elders.
I trust my intuition.
I love and accept myself.
I know that all is well in my world.
I am connected with the wisdom of the universe.
I am open to inspiration and bliss.
I am the source of my truth and my love.

8 pm tonight...we'll see that the third-eye chakra has to teach us.
See you then!

This week's meditation will focus on the energies of the 5th chakra, the throat chakra. Represented by the colour turquoise In the area of the throat, it governs the anatomical regions of the thyroid, parathyroid, jaw, neck, mouth, tongue, and larynx.

The gift of this chakra is accepting your originality, expressing your authentic voice and speaking your truth. When the throat chakra is in balance, we speak, listen, and express ourselves openly and authentically. When out of balance, we ignore our inner voice, feel afraid of expressing ourselves, or have trouble listening to others. A blocked throat chakra can also store tension physically and cause a sore throat or neck and shoulder pain.

Some suggested sankalpas for this chakra might include:

-I am open, clear, and honest in my communication.
-I communicate confidently and with ease.
- I feel comfortable speaking my mind.
-I am balanced in speaking and listening.
-I am an active listener.
-I speak my true thoughts with ease.
-I set clear boundaries.
-I express my gratitude towards life.

This week's meditation will explore the 4th chakra, the heart chakra. The heart chakra - the wellspring of love, warmth, compassion, and joy is located in the center of the chest at the heart level.

It is the center of your deep bonds with other beings, your sense of caring and compassion, your feelings of self-love, altruism, generosity, kindness, and respect.

Suggestions for your sankalpa this week might include:

I am open to love.

I deeply and completely love and accept myself.

I nurture my inner child. I am wanted and loved.

I live in balance, in a state of gracefulness and gratitude.

I love the beauty of nature and the animal world. I forgive myself.

I am open to love and kindness.

I am grateful for all the challenges that helped me to transform and open up to love.

I am connected with other human beings.

I feel a sense of unity with nature and animals.

I accept things as they are.

I am peaceful.

Join me Wednesday at 8 to tap into some LOVE energy! (zoom link in the comments)
