I love that Bath Dance Works is home to our weekly Yin Yoga class, Awaken into Spring: A Yin Yoga Series!!

I have curated Yin Yoga poses, pranayama (breath work), and meditation to help us emerge from the hibernation of winter and embrace the warmth and fresh life of the spring season. We focus on a different element each week as we move from the more passive and receptive elements to the most active and energized, reflecting the shifting energy of the late winter into early spring season.

This week, we'll focus on the element of Metal, associated with the Lung and Large Intestine meridians. Metal invites us to connect with clarity, refinement, and letting go.

This series is open to drop ins for those who just want to try out an individual class and can't commit to the full six weeks. All levels of experience are welcome.

New yoga class starts Monday, Sept. 9th, 6-7:30 pm! Let's Deepen into Autumn together.

Join Erica D'Eramo for a six-week series that combines the movement of vinyasa with the stabilizing energy of yin. Through this practice, we’ll welcome the changing of the seasons as we transition from the heat of summer into the cooler days of autumn.

Expect to begin with an active yoga flow appropriate for all levels of experiences. We’ll transition into a yin practice to shift our focus inward and build awareness of sensations that arise, staying with what might challenge us.

Scheduled at the beginning of each week, this class gives us a chance to take that busy Monday energy and channel it into a supportive intention for the week.

$25 per class or $135 when you sign up for the full six-weeks.
