We’ll clay cup was pretty rough. Wrecked on Thursday prelim making a heck of a run to the front of the C main.

Friday finished the c in 18th

Saturday night we’ll the pictures speak for themself. Got absolutely punted into turn 1 wall in the c main on Saturday. This was for second to last place by the way… so make your own assumptions.

Unfortunately this driver has demonstrated a questionable ability to drive a race car and not run into people. On multiple occasions this car has taken others out at home and even at the clay cup this weekend. They were black flagged after this hit. Guess we will see if they continue driving like an ass.

Until the next one! Gotta see what sorta damage we have and assess.

We still have a few XLarge and Large shirts available before we head out to Clay Cup Sunday! $20 each or $25 shipped.

Race recap Dixon points race:

Enjoy a little video of the amain.

We expected a light turnout due to the big race the week before and 14 non wing cars checked in.

Overcooked qualifying a little bit and put us 12 out of 14 but the car was working good.

In the heat we couldn’t make any moves neither could anyone else because the track blew off and there was no bite anywhere.

In the Amain we started 12th immediately moved up 2 spots on the start and at one point we were up to 5th. Made a few mistakes on entry into turn one kept hitting a big hole and messing up that side of the track.

Either way we managed to get a 7th place out of the night. Got the setup 90% so we will be looking for that last 10% in a couple weeks!

Race Recap: GMA Pam’s west coast non wing national!

So they ran a 2 day show with basically complete shows both days. Sort of different but we were there so we put the car on the track. 55 cars signed in for the outlaw class.

Night one:
Qualifying was so-so as we are still chasing setup.

Long story short we almost made the A-main Saturday night with a few well placed crashes from others. But got to be in it to win it so they say.

Got to P4 in the bmain and got blasted on a restart. Lost some spots as setup isnt quite there but we were getting closer! (Thanks AJ for turning some bars and wrenches to get it better as it was for sure in the b.) Ended our night.

Night two for the big money:
Couldn’t get any momentum, car setup was way off until a 3rd set of eyes saw what was going in (thanks Ron for catching what we were missing)

Until then I wasn’t going to get in the car anymore to save it as we were going to start dead last in the c-main.

In the c-main the car did what it was supposed to do so the driver could drive how it needed to be. Went dead last to 4th with some fast cars up front as the event was stacked. They were only taking top 2 so that was our run.

Probably could have done better if we had caught our setup issue sooner but we know now.

I’d like to thank everyone who supports us you know who you are! And everyone who continues to follow us! Enjoy a little video. Next weekend some more seat time at dixon!

Race recap dixon 5/14

We went to dixon speedway to shakedown the new motor in the car and all I can say is it is a ripper!

Thanks to Seros Racing for the build and Panella race engines for the Tune up!

29 cars checked in for the non wing class.
We went out 14th in qualifying and came out with a P12 to get the night started! That put us on the pole of our heat after the invert.

In the heat race we got lumped in with some of the fastest cars in the country behind us!
It was a slug fest on the first lap with huge sliders and crossovers on the top 5. Since still getting used to this new power we found ourselves in 5th pretty quick due to not wanting to get tangled and being sorta cautious. Would have been good for a transfer but ended up spinning ourselves taking a bad line which put us in the B main.

In the B main started inside row 2. Taking top 4.
First lap we got taken out by the outside car driving straight across our front wheels. they had no space but did it anyway. So we went to the back. the track crew did a rip of the bottom and the track stayed there. We tried to rip the outside because that was the only place to go. But typical of this race track, if it’s on the bottom you are not going to make a pass because it’s so far around the outside.

At the end we loaded up in one piece and we know what this car will do now that we are dialing in the setup. We expect to be in A-mains regularly from here on out!

Up next delta speedway for the next points race! And then we go to dixon for the non wing nationals.

Also thanks to Photoswithtori for the great shots! Hit her up to get race photos or other services!

Race recap delta speedway 4/23/22…

Hello again and thanks for following.first off thanks to Max Williamson Maxwell Patrick Imagery for continuing to take rad pics of the races. We’ll be purchasing some prints soon!. For sure! If you need any photography work other than racing check him out! Credit for this one goes to him!

Day started off a little different.. trying some different setup on the car yielded not very quick in hot laps… Don’t even know what it was but that’s not where it matters.

32 non wing cars signed in for the races. 22 to the Amain.

We qualified 19th out of 32… expected near dead last because I didn’t think we went around very good. So it was a good surprise to do that well on a constantly changing track due to the wind. BTW thanks to Bob panella for continuing to work the surface to keep the track hood all night!

That qualifying effort put us starting P5 in the heat race and they were taking four to the main. We set the car up way to tight being over conservative and it hurt us. Lost two spots putting us to the bmain.

In the bmain we started P6 and they were taking 3 to the a main. Still setup way too tight, we made a pass but then shuffled back again too much effort needed to rotate the car to hit the lines we needed to move forward and gain time.

Still learning this new chassis. But we know where we need to go! Next race we’ll be at dixon on 5/14 than delta 5/21 than the Memorial Day non wing west coast national race at dixon 5/28-29. Come on out if you’re in the area!
