We help busy women and mums drop 1-2 dress sizes in a sustainable, enjoyable & healthy way. It is easy to write admirable values, it is harder to live by them.

Our purpose is to genuinely change people’s lives, to help them have a healthier relationship with food, exercise, and themselves, to create meaningful permanent changes and to build a community of 000’s of women that feel part of something truly special. What truly separates from all the rest is our relentless pursuit to genuinely make a meaningful difference in our members lives. To lead and support our members in making long term sustainable and permanent changes. Where eating healthy, exercising, and feeling good about themselves are a normal part of their routine.

.. and also to help women who haven’t always felt confident in a gym setting to feel comfortable and like they belong. To help them become part of a community of like minded women on the same mission together. To help them fall in love with exercising properly and becoming stronger in body and mind. MISSION
