You are a product of your influence…
Let that sink in.

Most people have goals, beliefs, and ideologies that have become their “truth”

This shapes how you interpret reality, and the meaning you associate to different events or experiences.

Social media and technology amplify this, and we need to be intentional about who we listen to or what information we project onto our own minds.

I challenge you to look at your current life, and ask yourself, “am I living based on my past narratives and influences, or am I creating my own future?”

This is why I hate BLUEPRINTS, because they don’t exist.
It’s simply someone’s bias about what worked for them.

But we are all UNIQUE, and I challenge you to create your blueprint, based on principles rather than rigidity.

Find what works for you, build a routine around it, and do it relentlessly.

We have been tricked into thinking that you’re just one podcast or book away from finding the magic answer.

All you need is already within you.

You just have to tune into it and trust that you already have the answers you need, and then simply learn to get out of your way.

Ever come back to the office on a Monday with a mental hangover?

We should feel refreshed after the weekend, but instead, it often creates a break in our pattern and requires us to shift into a different mindset or role.

What’s the outcome we want this week?

What do I need to be intentional about?

What role do I need to show up as? (Leader, manager, team player, etc.)

What are my Ascension Multipliers that will put me in the Ascension Zone? (Your 20% that drives 80% of your results.)

Set the intention.
Set clear expectations.
Execute relentlessly until you hit your objectives.

Drown out the noise and tune into your frequency.

Failure is feedback.

Every time we fail, we learn something new about ourselves, or the process, that helps us realign and bring a better version of ourselves to the mission.

Failure or feedback isn’t the problem.

It’s how you perceive it, frame it, and feel about it, that makes it personal.

It’s just a stepping stone, along your journey to your next level.

Fail toward and embrace the learnings.

Counting wins and focusing on the gains isn’t manifestation.

It’s science.

Humans naturally focus on the negatives; it’s wired into us for survival, not thriving.

We find our faults, become our own biggest critics.

You could have a near-perfect day, yet dwell on the 1% you didn’t accomplish.

That 1% quickly spirals into guilt, shame, and fear.

If you only had two minutes a day to work on your mindset, counting wins would give you the biggest return.

Why?

Because it trains your brain and impresses your mind with the actions you want more of.

Here’s how:

Check in

Count the wins

Celebrate them

Condition it

If you want less stress and more success, start by changing the stories you tell yourself.

Create helpful loops instead of destructive ones.

This also helps you self-regulate, so you perform with more consistency and ease.

Count your wins.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐬𝐢𝐜𝐤 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐢𝐬 𝐤𝐞𝐞𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐜𝐤 𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐥𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥?

It’s easy to commit to “tomorrow,”
but not so easy to own the moment of now.

We’ve all been there—
“I’ll change... but I’ll start next week.”
New week, new me.

But here’s the truth:
You’ve got to stop fighting for your limits
and giving them a seat at the table.

Because deep down,
you know they’re the very thing stopping you from going all in.

We get sick of tolerating the actions and behaviors of others—
but when are you going to call yourself out
for not holding yourself to a higher standard?

When are you going to stop pointing fingers
and start looking within?

When are you finally going to face the real problem—
the one you’ve suppressed for years,
hoping you’d never have to deal with it again?

Stop giving yourself a way out
by putting off the things you know need to be dealt with today.

Change only comes with a commitment to change—
and a follow-through on the process.

You’ve got to commit every day,
not just when you feel like it.
Not just when you’re motivated.

Every day counts.

So make them count in your favor
by stacking wins
and moving toward the person you know you’re capable of becoming.

Think bigger.
Hold yourself to a higher standard.

𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐝 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.

A concept we all know, but wrestle with daily—especially in a world that floods us with distractions and dopamine hits at every turn.

One of the most valuable traits I’ve worked on developing in recent years is this:

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝.

To lock in on the vision.
To stay focused on the long game instead of grabbing the low-hanging fruit of the moment.

But I’m human too. I still catch myself craving that quick win, that shiny new thing—something to scratch the itch of now.

Patience, I believe, is one of God’s greatest gifts to mankind.
The ability to hold a vision in your mind for years before it shows up in reality?
That takes discipline.
Because comfort, convenience, and instant pleasure are always calling.

And what often follows those quick hits of gratification?
A wave of guilt, maybe shame.
That knowing… that you gave in to the noise. Again.

But here’s the truth:
If you want to succeed in life—truly succeed—you have to train this muscle.
It’s not about the peak of the mountain.
It’s about who you become on the way up.

Exhausted.
Discouraged.
Sweating.
But growing.
Becoming.
Becoming someone who lives with purpose, progress, and peace—because you chose the harder road.

You delayed the moment for something greater.
