My hubs favorite breakfast I can meal prep is egg n bacon casserole.
This makes 3 servings

10 eggs : 60 grams protien 50 grams fat
1 cup cottage cheese: 26 grams protein 5 grams fat
1 tablespoon Kerry gold butter 11 grams fat
2 pieces chopped bacon with grease
6 gr pro 8 grams fat

= 3 servings at below per serving
32 grams pro
24.5 grams fat

On this day 32 years ago i entered a Covenant with God and my best friend. Blind to what we would walk through, but blinded by love. The covenant we made with God is what has been the Tower that has held us together in all the 32 years. The Tower poured love into us when we did not like each other. The Tower made good times amazing. The Tower restored us when we were broken. I praise you Father for being our strong Tower. I love you Phil and will continue into heaven and eternity. Tomorrow we are so grateful to guide our beautiful daughter into a covenant with her best friend and God. I pray they make Him the Strong Tower in their lives. Happy Anniversary my love! #1993

This passage is becoming my life verse. Trails don’t always have to be big. Trails can be small , medium and large. Just know when facing anything in life that is not comfortable seek wisdom and wait for God to show up. Then obey and watch how you grow walking in the will of God. Trials come to teach, correct and challenge you. Stay in the word of God and allow the word to help draw you closer to Him.
