An ocean breeze puts a mind at ease š .
Iām honestly feeling so much better. It felt like opening up knowing Iām not alone the other evening helped so much. And Iāve been getting better and better. The response I had was overwhelming on that post and in my inbox and Iāve not had a chance to come back to you all just yet but as always Iāll aim to as soon as I can! But for anyone else suffering I wanted to share a few things that have really helped me recently... 1) Iāve settled myself into a new routine of going to bed earlier and switching off which helps me relax and calm before bed. 2) Iām drinking more water. This is something so little that has suffered recently and Iām normally a big water drinker and since upping my intake Iāve felt so much better and my body has thrived from it. 3) Iāve focused a little bit more on my diet. Cut out the crap a little bit more and Iām feeling so much better for that too!
All this energy meant that today we had a beach day and by gosh was this needed. Iāve not left the house or entered even a shop since the first week of lockdown bar a little walk around where we live maybe once every few weeks. Iām such a sociable person and love my friends and family so being locked indoors is really damaging to me as Iām sure it is to many others. Socially distancing and seeing and watching the kids splash around and play put me in the best mindset. Klayton is due back at school next week and right now thatās not something I feel comfortable with but I canāt wait until we can start seeing friends and family. Me being me Iāll still be extra cautious over who Iām seeing unless Iām 100% convinced theyāre āsafeā š but itāll be a start into resuming normal life! Iām keen to know whoās sending their children back to school as of next week and how you feel about it? No judgement as I have very close friends doing both and get both sides to it š .
