Do I have to do the treatment after each childbirth ?✨(Eng in the illustration)
「我想要重回產前體態，但會再生多胎，那我好不好等到生夠了才一次過紮肚？」
老土地回答，世事無兩全其美🙅🏽‍♀️。但Inhale Care不會跟你說「每生完一胎都要先紮一次」、「一胎還一胎」類似的話。

身兼🧘🏽‍♀️瑜伽導師的店主認為，紮肚療程並非產後必需品。每位媽媽的體質不同，確實聽過有媽媽生產後沒有明顯的腹直肌分離；店主亦有為生產多年及多胎後的媽媽進行療程；也有紮過生雙胞胎的媽媽。
簡單說，要看媽媽的需要。
胎與胎之間期望腹部有足夠承托力活動➡️紮！
腹直肌分離情況是多於2指➡️紮！
肚皮鬆馳或水腫持續➡️紮！
盤骨前傾問題嚴重➡️紮！
如果金錢及時間不是左右妳紮與不紮的因由，那當然每一胎過後都進行療程是最好的啊！

📌值得留意是，不太嚴重的腹直肌分離會在產後半年至一年間自行逐漸修復，再配合恆常持久做運動（真的要身體力行的做呀），那媽媽可放下紮肚念頭。但如身體回復不似預期並再懷一胎，腰痠背痛、尿滲、肚皮下垂等各狀況便會更明顯。
