This win right here was a special one! While Cam has won races, he has never won a points race at Bunker Hill Dragstrip. We do an all run there, so from the time he was 7 he has pretty much always been racing kids that are older than him. This season he became one of the “older kids” when he moved up to the 7.90 class.
To see him turn on that final round win light was an extremely proud moment. Thanks to Amalie Motor Oil for believing in the McMillen next generation, Bellman Oil Co. for fueling Cam’s passion, Johnson Performance, ZyCoatUSA, & Allstar Performance. We couldn’t do what we do without you!
Also thank you to Dan Richardson for everything! We appreciate your help as we get to know this new car/set up!

After almost 6 months off of racing, & it was a test and tune day for Cameron in his AMALIE Motor Oil Jr. Dragster fueled by Bellman Oil Co. I couldn’t be happier with how he did. He made 5 passes. 3 of which he had a .006 light or better & Johnson Performance has his new to us motor running consistent. We are looking forward to a great season. Also special thanks to Dan Richardson for giving us guidance on the set up
this car needs to be happy.

Same look, new to Cam jr. dragster. This year he gets to step up to a 7.90 motor. He’s excited to say the least. Thanks to AMALIE Motor Oil for continuing to support Cam, Olson Paint & Body for a great job on the wrap, Johnson Performance for freshening up the motor, and ZyCoatUSA for the clear coat sealant (that is good up to 2000 degrees) that we used on the exhaust & the block that we painted (it was blue when we got it), and Allstar Performance for keeping Cam safe with great quality fire suit & shoes.

What a shock to see that my US Nationals win is part of the Top Fuel major moments in Drag Race Bracket Bonanza!
On another note…. I always thought it would be cool to line up against Don Garlits 🙂

I had a great time hanging with our friends from Coan Engineering last night at Monster Jam. I was also fortunate enough to run into Cody, Michelle & Josh. Cody & Josh were crew members on my Top Fuel dragster. It was great to see them!
I sure have been lucky to meet some incredible people through this sport!
