Founded in 1997 by company president Geoffrey A. Herring, ARES Defense supports the military, law enforcement and sporting markets with innovative and technologically advanced products. Founded in 2011 and located in Tampa, Florida, RWMD leverages decades of design experience and a commitment to utilize only the best components uniquely combined for an accurate, light weight weapon with minimal re

coil and no overgassing. RWMD services the military, law enforcement and civilian shooters. RWMD is registered with the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC), Bureau of Political-Military Affairs, in accordance with 22 U.S.C. 2778-2780 of the Arms Export Control Act (AECA) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) (22 CFR Parts 120-130). RWMD possesses current Federal Firearms Licenses issued by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
