Ngày 12 tháng 5 năm 2026, Công đoàn Cơ sở phối hợp Chi đoàn thanh niên Trung tâm Nước sạch và Vệ sinh môi trường nông thôn (Trung tâm) ban hành kế hoạch liên tịch số 59/KHLT/CĐCS-ĐTN-TTN về việc tổ chức “Tháng công nhân” năm 2026 với chủ đề "Công nhân Việt Nam: Đổi mới sáng tạo, nâng cao năng suất lao động".
Trung tâm có đặc thù địa bàn quản lý phân bố rộng, tính đến tháng 5 năm 2026, Trung tâm quản lý vận hành 57 công trình cấp nước (CTCN), trong đó có 44 CTCN tại địa bàn khu vực Bình Thuận và 13 CTCN tại địa bàn khu vực Đắk Nông, số lượng đoàn viên công đoàn (ĐVCĐ) và viên chức, người lao động (VCLĐ) phân tán nên công tác nắm bắt tâm tư nguyện vọng của ĐVCĐ, VCLĐ đôi lúc chưa kịp thời. Vì vậy, Tháng công nhân là dịp để đại diện Ban Giám đốc, Ban Chấp hành Công đoàn cơ sở thăm hỏi, tặng quà, động viên, nắm bắt tâm tự nguyện vọng và trực tiếp chia sẻ giải đáp, tiếp thu ý kiến, kiến nghị khó khăn, vướng mắc và quyền lợi ...của ĐVCĐ, VCLĐ công tác tại các cụm cấp nước nói riêng và công tác tại Trung tâm nói chung.
Bên cạnh các hoạt động chăm lo đời sống cho ĐVCĐ, VCLĐ, Công đoàn cơ sở còn phối hợp tổ chức thăm hỏi, tặng quà cho 14 ĐVCĐ, VCLĐ có hoàn cảnh khó khăn, bản thân bị ốm đau và có người thân bị ốm đau phải điều trị dài ngày với tổng số tiền hỗ trợ lên đến 4.200.000 đồng.
Với những hoạt động thiết thực trong Tháng công nhân năm 2026, Công đoàn cơ sở mong muốn khẳng định vai trò luôn là điểm tựa tin cậy, vững chắc của ĐVCĐ và VCLĐ./.

On May 12, 2026, the Trade Union of the Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Center (the Center) issued joint Plan No. 59/KHLT/CĐCS-ĐTN-TTN on organizing the "Workers' Month" in 2026 with the theme "Vietnamese Workers: Innovation and Creativity, Enhancing Labor Productivity".
The Center has a unique characteristic: its management area is widely distributed. As of May 2026, the Center manages and operates 57 water supply projects, including 44 in the Binh Thuan area and 13 in the Dak Nong area. The number of union members and employees is dispersed, so understanding the thoughts and aspirations of union members and employees is sometimes not timely. Therefore, Workers' Month is an opportunity for representatives of the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union to visit, give gifts, encourage, understand the aspirations and concerns, and directly share, answer, and receive feedback, suggestions, difficulties, obstacles, and rights... of union members and workers working in water supply clusters in particular and at the Center in general.
In addition to activities caring for the lives of union members and workers, the grassroots Trade Union also coordinated visits and gifts to 14 union members and workers with difficult circumstances, who are sick or have relatives who are sick and require long-term treatment, with a total support amount of up to 4,200,000 VND.
With these practical activities in Workers' Month 2026, the grassroots Trade Union hopes to affirm its role as a reliable and solid support for union members and workers.
