最快的車手,不是油門擰最猛的那個。
賽道上有一個最容易被忽略的技術:你的眼睛看哪裡。
英國 BSB 超級摩托車賽曾做過一個眼球追蹤實驗,把追蹤眼鏡裝在新手、中階和職業車手頭盔裡,結果差異大到離譜——職業車手的視線永遠鎖定在前方遠處,流暢地從煞車點掃到彎心再到出彎口,幾乎不回頭確認。而新手?眼睛死盯著前輪前面五公尺的地面,每個彎都在「發現」彎心,反應永遠慢半拍。
這就是為什麼有些人明明車子一樣、輪胎一樣,圈速卻差好幾秒。
道理很簡單:你的車會跟著你的視線走。眼睛看哪裡,油門和傾角就會自動跟上。看得越遠,大腦就有越多時間處理資訊,身體的反應就越從容。反過來,視線一掉,恐懼感馬上上來,速度跟著掉,整個節奏就斷了。
下次上賽道,與其想著怎麼擰更多油門,不如試試:把頭抬起來,眼睛看向彎道的出口。你會發現,速度是「看」出來的,不是「催」出來的。

The fastest rider isn't the one who twists the throttle hardest.
There's one skill on track that's criminally underrated: where your eyes look.
A British Superbike eye-tracking study fitted tracking glasses inside helmets of a novice, an intermediate, and a professional rider. The difference was staggering — the pro's gaze was always locked far ahead, smoothly sweeping from braking marker to apex to exit, never second-guessing. The novice? Eyes glued to the ground five metres ahead of the front wheel, "discovering" each apex too late, always a half-beat behind.
That's why two riders on the same bike, same tyres, can be seconds apart in lap time.
The principle is simple: your bike follows your eyes. Where you look, throttle and lean angle follow naturally. The further ahead you look, the more time your brain has to process, and the calmer your body responds. The moment your gaze drops, fear creeps in, speed drops, and your rhythm falls apart.
Next time you're on track, instead of thinking about more throttle, try this: lift your head and look at the corner exit. You'll find that speed comes from seeing, not just sending.
