We may begin in different places, but yoga never asks us to be the same.
One body is ready to open a little deeper, while another needs a block beneath the head simply to feel at ease. Neither is better, neither is further behind.
We listen, we adjust, we breathe — and slowly, the body begins to trust.
And then, at the end of the practice, perhaps the greatest progress is not a deeper posture, but a softer body, a quieter mind, and a smile that wasn’t there before.
Yoga is not about how far we can go.
It is about how gently we can meet ourselves where we are. 🌿
