Hôm nay, chúng ta cùng nhau kỷ niệm 81 năm Ngày Quốc khánh (02/09/1945 - 02/09/2026) cột mốc lịch sử thiêng liêng của dân tộc. RMIT Shinsei xin gửi trọn niềm tự hào và lòng tri ân, hòa chung nhịp thở kiêu hãnh của đất nước.

Nhân dịp đại lễ, chúc các thành viên của Shinsei và cộng đồng RMIT có một kỳ nghỉ thật vui vẻ, an toàn và trọn vẹn bên gia đình và những người thân yêu của mình nhé~

🥋𝗥𝗠𝗜𝗧 𝗕𝗨𝗗𝗢𝗞𝗔𝗡 𝗘𝗫𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗚𝗘: 𝗝𝗨𝗗𝗢 𝘅 𝗞𝗘𝗡𝗗𝗢⚔️

On the 5th of August, RMIT Shinsei Kendo Club and the RMIT Vietnam Judo Club came together for a fun and exciting Budokan Exchange!

For the first half of the session, our friends from Judo took us onto the tatami and introduced our kendoka to the world of Judo from learning the fundamentals and practicing ukemi to experiencing what it feels like to actually step into another martial art.

Then it was our turn! Our Judo friends joined us on the dojo floor to get a taste of Kendo, learning about our basic movements, etiquette, strikes, and of course, getting to experience the spirit of keiko firsthand.

Both Shinsei and Judo have shared a long history of friendship, bonding, and collaboration since the early days of our clubs. It was especially meaningful to have the opportunity to step into each other's world and experience our respective martial arts firsthand, rather than simply hearing about them from the sidelines.

Beyond learning new techniques, this exchange reminded us of what makes the RMIT Budokan community special - different disciplines, different traditions, but the same spirit of respect, learning, and friendship.

A huge thank you to all our Judo friends for teaching, learning, laughing, and sweating with us! We hope this is only one of many more exchanges and collaborations to come.

The Board of Advisors (BoA) is established to provide continuity, institutional memory, and strategic guidance to RMIT Shinsei Kendo Club as each generation of student leadership takes on the responsibility of leading the Club.

As Shinsei continues to grow, the BoA serves as a bridge between generations, preserving the experience and lessons accumulated throughout the Club’s journey while supporting the incumbent Executive & Management Board (EMB) in navigating complex matters and making informed decisions.

🔥【BAN CỐ VẤN & GIÁM SÁT SHINSEI】🔥

Ban Cố vấn & Giám sát (BoA) được thành lập nhằm đảm bảo tính kế thừa, lưu giữ kinh nghiệm và kiến thức tổ chức, đồng thời đưa ra định hướng chiến lược cho Câu lạc bộ Kiếm đạo RMIT Shinsei trong quá trình chuyển giao giữa các thế hệ lãnh đạo sinh viên.

Khi Shinsei ngày càng phát triển, BoA đóng vai trò như cầu nối giữa các thế hệ, gìn giữ những kinh nghiệm và bài học được tích lũy trong suốt hành trình của CLB, đồng thời hỗ trợ Ban Điều hành & Quản lý (EMB) đương nhiệm trong việc giải quyết các vấn đề phức tạp và đưa ra những quyết định phù hợp.

BoA sẽ tiếp tục dẫn dắt mà không lấn át, gìn giữ nhưng không níu giữ, và đồng hành để Shinsei có thể tự tin trưởng thành trên chặng đường phía trước.

Training is the core of any kendo club, and the Board of Training (BoT) is dedicated to teaching, guiding, and refining the skills of every member. Under the leadership of an experienced teacher and a team of skilled instructors, the BoT ensures that training is structured, effective, and enriching for all practitioners.

📌 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵 – 𝗢𝗵 𝗝𝗮𝗲 𝗛𝘂𝗻 (𝗦𝗲𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗮𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗻𝗶𝗺/𝗦𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗶)
At the highest level of the BoT is our 6-dan Master, Oh Jae Hun seonsaengnim, a professional kendo player with 30 years of experience. He is also currently an official training coach of the Vietnam Kendo Federation and the Vietnam National Kendo Team. Beyond his skill and knowledge, he is known for his warm heart and dedication to every student, nurturing both discipline and passion for kendo for Shinsei members.

📌 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀 – 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀
Supporting Seonsaengnim is a team of Coaches, experienced RMIT kendo senpai who have practiced kendo for years and hold dan rankings. Under Seonsaengnim’s guidance, they help lead training sessions, provide personalized feedback, and support members in their kendo journey.

Việc huấn luyện là cốt lõi của một CLB kiếm đạo và Ban Huấn Luyện (BoT) của Shinsei luôn tận tụy giảng dạy, hướng dẫn và trau dồi kỹ năng cho mọi thành viên. Dưới sự lãnh đạo của một người thầy giàu kinh nghiệm và các tiền bối lành nghề, BoT đảm bảo rằng quá trình học kendo tại Shinsei có bài bản, hiệu quả và bổ ích cho tất cả các học viên.

📌 𝗧𝗿𝘂̛𝗼̛̉𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗮𝗻 𝗛𝘂𝗮̂́𝗻 𝗟𝘂𝘆𝗲̣̂𝗻 – 𝗧𝗵𝗮̂̀𝘆 𝗢𝗵 𝗝𝗮𝗲 𝗛𝘂𝗻 (𝗦𝗲𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗮𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗻𝗶𝗺/𝗦𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗶)
Đứng đầu Ban Huấn Luyện là Thầy Oh Jae Hun 6 đẳng kendo với 30 năm kinh nghiệm kendo chuyên nghiệp. Bên cạnh đó, thầy hiện đang là HLV chính thức của Liên đoàn Kendo Việt Nam và Đội tuyển Quốc gia Việt Nam. Ngoài kỹ năng và kiến ​​thức thâm sâu, Thầy còn được biết đến với trái tim ấm áp đầy yêu thương và tận tụy với các học sinh của mình, hết mình nuôi dưỡng tính kỷ luật và niềm đam mê kendo cho các thành viên của gia đình Shinsei.

📌 𝗛𝘂𝗮̂́𝗻 𝗟𝘂𝘆𝗲̣̂𝗻 𝗩𝗶𝗲̂𝗻 - 𝗡𝗵𝘂̛̃𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗶𝗲̂̀𝗻 𝗯𝗼̂́𝗶 𝗴𝗶𝗮̀𝘂 𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗵 𝗻𝗴𝗵𝗶𝗲̣̂𝗺
Hỗ trợ Thầy là đội ngũ huấn luyện viên gồm các đàn anh RMIT với kinh nghiệm kendo lâu năm và đã được chứng nhận Đẳng kiếm đạo. Dưới sự chỉ dẫn của Thầy, các đàn anh hướng dẫn và giúp thực hiện các bài tập, cũng như đưa ra đánh giá chuyên môn và hỗ trợ các thành viên CLB trong hành trình học hỏi kendo.

The Executive & Management Board (EMB) is the highest leadership team of RMIT Shinsei Kendo Club, working directly with RMIT University to oversee all aspects of club operations. Composed entirely of student leaders, this board is responsible for administration, finance, logistics, events, marketing, and creative projects, ensuring the club runs smoothly and continues to grow.

Generation 2 marks the beginning of a new chapter for Shinsei as the direct successor to our founding Generation 1. Building upon the foundation established by our founding generation, G2 carries forward the club’s values, spirit, and traditions while bringing new ideas, perspectives, and energy to further develop Shinsei for the future.

Ban Điều hành và Quản lý (EMB) là đội ngũ lãnh đạo cao nhất của Câu lạc bộ Kiếm đạo RMIT Shinsei, làm việc trực tiếp với Đại học RMIT để giám sát mọi khía cạnh hoạt động của CLB. Với thành phần lãnh đạo hoàn toàn là sinh viên, EMB chịu trách nhiệm về hành chính, tài chính, hậu cần, sự kiện, truyền thông và các dự án sáng tạo, đảm bảo CLB hoạt động hiệu quả và không ngừng phát triển.

Congratulations to the Vietnam Kendo Federation on officially joining the International Kendo Federation (FIK)! 🎉🇻🇳🇯🇵

After nearly two decades of development, dedication, and countless generations of kendoka contributing to the growth of kendo in Vietnam, this is a truly historic milestone.

For years, Vietnamese kendoka have trained, competed, taught, and built our community with the dream of one day standing on the international shiaijo as an officially recognized member of the global kendo community.

Today, that dream takes a major step forward.

As a club that has had the privilege of working alongside the Vietnam Kendo Federation since its early days, we are incredibly proud and happy to witness this new chapter unfold. We have seen firsthand the dedication of the people who have worked tirelessly to develop Vietnamese kendo, and we are grateful to be a small part of that journey.

Official FIK membership opens a new door for Vietnamese kendo, bringing new opportunities for development, exchange, competition, and connection with the wider international kendo community. More importantly, it gives future generations of Vietnamese kendoka an even bigger stage to learn, grow, and leave their own footprints on the international shiaijo.

Liên đoàn Kendo Việt Nam xin trân trọng thông báo: VKF đã chính thức trở thành thành viên của Liên đoàn Kendo Quốc tế (FIK) sau cuộc họp Ban Giám đốc FIK diễn ra vào ngày 11 tháng 7 năm 2026.

Đây là sự kiện vô cùng quan trọng, mang nhiều ý nghĩa của Kendo Việt Nam, đánh dấu sự chuyển mình toàn diện trong hoạt động và hội nhập kendo thế giới với những quyền của hội viên FIK như tổ chức các kỳ thi cấp đẳng (dan/kyu), và tham gia Giải Vô địch Kendo Thế giới.

Nhìn lại hành trình hơn một thập kỷ cố gắng nỗ lực, những khó khăn đã qua chỉ như làm hôm nay rực rỡ hơn. Xin chia sẻ niềm vui này với cộng đồng kendo Việt Nam, đến những người thầy tận tụy, những người bạn chung tay và một tập thể đoàn kết, kiên định, có cùng mục tiêu phát triển Kendo Việt Nam.

The Vietnam Kendo Federation (VKF) is pleased to announce that VKF has officially become a member of the International Kendo Federation (FIK), following the FIK Board of Directors meeting held on July 11, 2026.

This is an important and highly meaningful milestone for Kendo in Vietnam, marking a significant step forward in the development and international integration of Vietnamese Kendo. As an FIK member, VKF will have the rights and opportunities associated with FIK membership, including the ability to organize Kyu and Dan examinations and to participate in the World Kendo Championships.

Looking back on more than a decade of perseverance and dedication, the challenges we have overcome only make today's achievement all the more meaningful. We are delighted to share this joy with the Vietnamese Kendo community, with the dedicated teachers who have guided us, the friends who have stood alongside us, and a united community that has remained steadfast in its shared goal of developing Kendo in Vietnam.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the International Kendo Federation and the All Japan Kendo Federation for their support and guidance to VKF throughout these years.

Over the past few days, we've had the chance to meet so many new faces, share a little of what Kendo means to us, and welcome new members into the Shinsei family. Whether you came by our booth or joined us for your first practice, every meeting made these two events all the more memorable.

Nếu bạn đang cần một người để lắng nghe, chương trình Wellbeing Peer Support (WPS) luôn sẵn sàng đồng hành cùng bạn!
WPS là dịch vụ hỗ trợ đồng đẳng tại RMIT, nơi bạn có thể trò chuyện với các Wellbeing Peer Supporters - những sinh viên RMIT đã được đào tạo để lắng nghe, đồng cảm và hỗ trợ các bạn khác trong những trải nghiệm thường gặp của cuộc sống đại học.

Bạn có thể chia sẻ về:
🌱 Áp lực học tập
🌱 Thích nghi với môi trường đại học
🌱 Tình bạn và các mối quan hệ
🌱 Động lực và mục tiêu cá nhân
💬 Hoặc bất kỳ điều gì đang khiến bạn bận tâm

Mỗi buổi trò chuyện đều:
✨ Diễn ra 1-1 và hoàn toàn bảo mật
✨ Có thể sử dụng tiếng Anh hoặc tiếng Việt
✨ Theo nhịp độ và mức độ thoải mái của chính bạn

Bạn không cần phải đợi đến khi mọi thứ trở nên quá tải mới tìm kiếm sự hỗ trợ. Đôi khi, chỉ cần có một người bạn sẵn sàng lắng nghe cũng đủ để mọi thứ trở nên nhẹ nhàng hơn.
