If you're looking for a scalable solution to your knee issues then look no further, the system will take you from where you're at right now all the way to World-class knee ability.

Of course I just highlighted some of the steps for each movement, there is much more nuance than is possible to show in a short video. That's why it's always best to work with a coach - if you're in HCMC, Vietnam, then reach out via DM to arrange a consult or see the form in my bio to work with me online.

🌉 Imagine your back is like a bridge. It needs strong pillars on either side to hold it up straight and strong, right? Those pillars are like your core muscles, in your tummy and butt.

😢 When your core muscles are weak, they can't hold the bridge (your back) up as well. This makes the muscles in your lower back work extra hard to keep you standing tall. This overexhaustion often explains the pain you feeling in your lower back

😴 As for the glutes, they tend to become lazy as we move to a more sedentary lifestyle. Sitting on your bum all day makes the glutes sleepy and tired. If they aren’t being stimulated then they doze off and when you want them to work they avoid it at all cost. If your glutes aren’t pulling their weight your lower back has to work harder. More work for your lower back means lower back pain. This is why it is important to wake them up before exercise. Make sure they are woken up and firing by doing some glute activation as part of your warm-up routine.

And just like for your glutes, prolonged sitting and activities like running can lead to tight hip flexors and muscle imbalances which contribute to low back pain. Tight hip flexors create a pull on the front of your belly known as an anterior pelvic tilt.
This makes you lean forward, which puts strain on your lower back muscles (which work in opposition to keep you upright).

🐘 The ELEPHANT WALK exercise is our favourite exercise for hamstring flexibility.

🦵 Unlike a static hamstring stretch that you just hold for a certain amount of time, the elephant walk exercise places constant tension on the hamstrings, and the dynamic movement of extending the leg in this lengthened position forces the hamstrings to open up for you to explore new ranges... and all the other fun that comes with them ;)

🔥 For us it's perfect as part of a dynamic warm-up for running or as part of a strength and mobility training program for our clients

🍑 As runners we often hear about the importance of strengthening our glutes for better running form, and injury prevention.

😴 Gluteal dysfunction (when your butt muscles are not active) can lead to many injuries and complications ranging from lower back issues to plantar fasciitis. One thing we see many runners do is turn to hip thrusts and box jumps to strengthen their glutes, whilst not bad exercises, these movements don't really focus on engaging the glutes.

🔥 The Regen approach to training glutes is to build a solid neurological connection from the foot to the butt using the 'running man' exercise or bouncing on the balls of the feet, and then strengthening these with simple glute exercises such as kickbacks and fire hydrants, this will help "turn on" the glutes ready for running.

Is back pain, knee pain, or shoulder pain currently stopping you from enjoying the simple things in life?

Working at a desk or bending to watch over learning activities at school can lead to tight hips, bad posture, and all sorts of work-related body strains.

**Teachers don’t just pour their hearts and souls into their work; they put their whole bodies into it as well.**

With a demanding work schedule, it can be difficult to find time to take your fitness seriously. That’s why we’ve put together our new hybrid online/offline training program - giving you the flexibility to only commit to one fixed session per week, plus two additional workouts tailored for your own gym space.

With the added benefit of group accountability and daily habit tracking, results are guaranteed or we will give you your money back!

Learn decompression techniques, how to breathe to support good posture, and exercises you can use at the gym, at home, and work.

We are offering a 3-week pilot free for those interested, with no obligation to continue with the remaining 12 weeks if you're not happy with the results.

P.s. I used to eat at my teachers' desk too

We have 5 spots left for anybody ready to leave bad posture behind them and help them become as resilient as a coconut palm in a storm, build muscle in the right places, burn fat, and walk into life with more confidence and swag.

The best part is - you don’t have to spend hours in the gym or sacrifice your social life.

Better still! The first 3 weeks are FREE and if you’re not convinced by then, there’s no obligation to sign up for the remaining 12-week program.

And if you don’t feel as graceful as a gazelle on the plains after the 15 weeks, we will do one of two things:

1) We will hand you your MONEY BACK, no questions asked.

or

2) We will work with you until you do.

We do this because we want everyone to have an amazing experience with us and because we’re confident we can deliver on our promise. If that sounds fair, DM to reserve your spot now, or send this to somebody you know who's ready to make changes.
