Congratulations to Brent Bowman ( #19), our Man of the Match!

Football is about more than goals and results—it's about heart, sacrifice, and stepping up for your teammates when they need you most. On Sunday, Brent embodied all of that and more.

With the team short in defense, Brent, who normally operates in midfield, didn't hesitate to answer the call. He put the team's needs ahead of his own, rolled up his sleeves, and gave everything he had in an unfamiliar position. His commitment, determination, and fighting spirit helped drive the team through a tough battle that saw us push until the very end.

While the result ended in a narrow 3-2 loss to VG United FC, the character shown by players like Brent reminds us what One Love United FC is all about. It's players who are willing to sacrifice, adapt, and leave everything on the field for the badge and for each other.

Brent, your selflessness, hard work, and dedication did not go unnoticed. We are proud of the performance you put in and the example you set for your teammates.

On Sunday, May 3, Tugel “Poggy” Regisford put on a goalkeeping masterclass for One Love United.
With incredible shot-stopping, commanding leadership, and unwavering determination, he was the backbone of the team throughout the match.
His standout performance, including a brilliant penalty save, earned him this well-deserved Man of the Match honor.

Poggy delivered an exceptional performance between the posts, making crucial saves when it mattered most and keeping us in the game from start to finish. His leadership in organizing the defense, combined with his focus, confidence, and resilience, was nothing short of top class.

Although the result did not fall in our favor, his heroic efforts prevented a much heavier loss and showcased his value to the squad. A true fighter, leader, and last line of defense—congratulations, Poggy!

Big up Zeron Samuel for taking Man of the Match in our thrilling 2–2 draw against Rebels FC!

The whole team showed real heart and determination, pushing hard and fighting for every ball right to the final whistle. Strong effort all around 💪🏽

Collin “CJ” Lavia opened the scoring for One Love, and Zeron Samuel dazzled with a moment of magic—dancing past three defenders before calmly slotting the ball home. Pure skill and composure under pressure!

Special shoutout to Tugel “Poggy” Regisford for keeping us in the game with several crucial saves 👏🏽🔥 The competition fought back with two goals of their own, but our team showed true fight and spirit.

Man of the Match | One Love United FC

In a hard-fought 1–1 draw against Old Madrid FC on March 22, 2026, at the A.O.S Ground, one player made the difference when it mattered most.

CeJay “Junior” Anderson ( #6) delivered a commanding performance in defense, showing strength, composure, and leadership throughout the match. With his team trailing 0–1 in the second half, he stepped up in a big moment—finding the equalizer and bringing One Love United right back into the game.

Solid at the back and decisive in attack, his all-around contribution proved vital in securing the result.

One Love United Man of the Match against Avengers FC

Sunday, March 15th on Virgin Gorda saw One Love United in football action against Avengers FC, securing a strong 3–1 victory.

Leading the charge was our Man of the Match—Nicardo Dixon ( #29), aka Barber, who absolutely lit up the wing! Dixon delivered a sensational performance, finding the back of the net once and setting up two brilliant assists that kept the pressure on from start to finish. His pace, vision, and playmaking were simply too much for the opposition to handle.

Goals on the day also came from Wayne Williams and Jenali Carty, who each finished off the chances created as One Love United controlled the game and earned a well-deserved win.

Big respect to "Barber" for a standout performance and to the whole squad for another strong outing!

Alcise Savery | One Love United
One Love United picked up a hard-fought draw, scoring once themselves and benefiting from an own goal by Lion Heart to level the match.

At the heart of it all was Alcise Savery, who put in a rock-solid defensive performance. Calm, composed, and commanding at the back, he read the game brilliantly, broke up attacks, won key duels, and cleared his lines under pressure.
