My goal for lessons isn’t that you stand up right away. While I do give pop-up instruction (and if you do stand I’ll be stoked), it’s not my first priority⬇️

My goal is for you to feel more seen, heard, safe & empowered than when you started. To comfort you in uneasy moments, remind of your growth & help you learn about the waves🌊

Why? These build a foundation that will make you never want to stop surfing!🤍

I hear stories (from girls especially) of instructors putting too much pressure on them. Taking them out in rough conditions, disempowering them, etc… Sound fun? Didn’t think so.

I want your surfing experiences to be memorable in a positive way! I’m here to celebrate every part of your journey with compassion🤙🏽

This is for the women & girls who want to learn to surf or already are💌

It’s a journey worth every slip, fall, nose-dive and tumble under water. Because in many moments there is empowerment, freedom, presence and pure STOKE!!🤙🏽

I see you being vulnerable; you are STRONG.
I see you in discomfort; you are GROWING.
I see you contemplating fears; you will OVERCOME.

When you finally glide on a wave, you realize no other feeling compares. It doesn’t matter how pretty it looks. It matters that you tuned into the present and let yourself be free💙

You deserve to let time stand still, be fully immersed in the now & away from stress. That’s what surfing can do for you✨
