When Amazon gets cloudy, here’s how to clear it up!
In an effort to educate our customers and due to the fact that Amazon does not allow you to reply to feedback publicly, we’ve decided to address feedback here to get to know our products!
First, we want to thank C.Cole for trying our products. Unfortunately, our ear drops did not work for him/her like they do for thousands of of our other satisfied customers.
As for the Origin of our products, our ear drops are 100% sourced and manufactured right here in the USA from the content to the packaging.
While exact percentage of ingredients is a trade secret, more then 30% of the solution is 99% USP grade isopropyl alcohol.
The signature smell that is pink grapefruit is 100% pure essential oil. The goal is to give the solution a less “mediciny” smell. We as humans find the smell of acetic acid unpleasant and much prefer the smell of fresh citrus in many cases 😀
