After a couple weekends off, the Team was back out in full swing this weekend racing at both the Princeton Speedway and Ogilvie Raceway.
Friday night, Chris drew a 5 which started him pole in his heat. He finished 3rd and redrew 6th for the feature. The track had a bit of character after rain during the day, but Chris still pulled off a top 5️⃣ finish!
After doing some work on the car during the day, Chris ran hot laps at Ogilvie but suffered issues with the power steering system immediately putting a stop to his session.
The crew worked quickly and Chris was able to start his heat, and finished 3rd. He then started 4th in the feature, shot into the lead after a caution and had some great battles the final laps of the race for 1st and 2nd. When the checkers flew - he closed out the night in the 2nd point 🥈
