I want to personally apologize for what happened with attendance today. I’ve heard from a few parents and students who were left waiting for over 20 minutes, and I understand how frustrating that must have been.

This does not reflect the standard of respect, communication, and timeliness that we strive to uphold. I take full responsibility for this and we’re addressing the situation to make sure it doesn’t happen again.

I will personally be back next week to teach the class and ensure everything runs as it should.

Announcement: Christmas Party at Sierra Vista School in Sunnyside on December 20th at 6 pm. The following week, the 23rd through the 27th. Sunnyside and Grandview Taekwondo schools will be closed. Zillah Taekwondo school will be closed on the 24th.
