Congratulations to our Top 4 Most Improved Players from our 8-Week Strength & Conditioning Program!

🥇 Eddie Franco — 42.17% Average Improvement
Eddie earned the title of Most Improved Player, increasing his max push-ups from 20 to 50 reps, his vertical jump from 14.5” to 17.5”, his max sit-ups from 30 to 40 reps, and cutting 33 seconds off his mile time.

🥈 Julian Nava — 26.94% Average Improvement
Julian continued to raise the standard by increasing his max push-ups from 40 to 60 reps, his max sit-ups from 37 to 60 reps, his vertical jump from 22.5” to 24.5”, cutting 31 seconds off his mile time, and improving his 17s sprint by 4 seconds.

🥉 John Shepard — 22.75% Average Improvement
John made one of the biggest conditioning improvements in the program, increasing his max push-ups from 25 to 43 reps, improving his vertical jump from 13.5” to 17.5”, and cutting an incredible 51 seconds off his mile time.

💪 Jose Montoya — 20.79% Average Improvement
Jose demonstrated exceptional all-around development, increasing his max push-ups from 63 to 71 reps, his max sit-ups from 38 to 63 reps, improving his vertical jump from 18.5” to 19.0”, cutting 18 seconds off his mile time, and improving his 17s sprint by 15 seconds.
📈 Team Average Improvement (8 Weeks)

💪 +14.6 max push-ups
🚀 +2.1 inch on their vertical jump
🔥 +11.9 max sit-ups
🏃 16.4 seconds faster in the mile

That’s exactly who Jose Montoya is.
Always willing to put in the extra work when nobody’s watching. He doesn’t just make himself better, he pushes everyone around him to raise their standard.
