Join us for our second workouts for our arbor prep volleyball team!!
Located at arbor prep high school 4:00pm-7:30pm.
Everyone is welcomed whether you have been playing for 5 years or it’s your first time playing. These workouts are to help build and grow each players skill through drills that specifically target individual skills, games that bring the girls together, and conditioning to help build the endurance of each player.

Arbor prep volleyball is looking for some new team members we have open spots on both jv and varsity and we need you guys to fill them. Anyone grades being incoming 9th graders to 12th graders that are interested in playing volleyball are welcome and encouraged to join us for our summer trainings.

These sessions will include conditioning, skill training, and active game play, we will be playing both in the gym and on sand volleyball courts. These trainings will be held all summer long with dates to come and be posted soon. If you have any questions you can contact anyone of the numbers on the flyers.

We are looking for dedicated, hardworking, compassionate, competitive, leaders, who are interested in learning more about volleyball and wanting to apply it on the court. We hope to see you all this summer!

Welcome to Arbor Preps Volleyball page, this is where we will be posting information about upcoming practices, summer clinics, Tryouts, games, and fundraisers. You can also follow us on instagram . We are looking for girls that are incoming freshman all the way up to 12th grade that will be attending arbor prep to join our volleyball teams. There are spots open on both jv and varsity, and we would love to see what you can bring to our teams. We are a program that believes in working together, dedication, leadership, hard work, and compassion, as well as constructive criticism, so if you have any of those traits or are just interested in playing volleyball at all we would love to have you. We are looking for all skill rangers from beginner, intermediate, to advanced. So if your interested in playing for our program check out any of the flyers posted on our Facebook or instagram or contact any one of these numbers for more information
