Heaviest since post surgery. Left knee still lagging but we are getting to the depth and working on the shift and confidence next.

Rocking tv shirt for the last day of this challenge! Great end to this challenge. A week off coming soon. 😂 . Not gonna eat terrible now, gotta keep the momentum as we start CLEAN bulking season soon.
