The workout:
• Lunges: 8–10 reps/side
• Leg Extensions: 10–12 reps
• Step Ups: 8–10 reps/side
• Barbell RDLs: 8–10 reps

Focus on slow, controlled reps and choose a weight that feels challenging while still allowing you to maintain proper form throughout each exercise.

MEET YOUR TRAINER: JORDAN 💪

Jordan is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach. He is currently working toward a career as a Physical Therapist and will attend DPT school this fall at Idaho State University.

His passion for human physiology and exercise comes from his own journey of losing 30 pounds and learning to manage his congenital arrhythmia condition during college with the help of a personal trainer. Jordan is passionate about helping others build confidence and see what their bodies are truly capable of.

In his free time, you’ll probably find him line dancing, trying new coffee spots while traveling, or watching Survivor ☕️
