Pony World Series came to an end for our team but we truly couldn’t be more proud of them. We ended in the top 6 teams out of 29 teams in all. Most of us are back home full of many precious memories. We know each parent is proud of their daughters performance on the field. We saw them have beautiful slides, hard line drives, amazing home runs, crazy dives, surprising splits, cool backhands and fast double plays. In our last season in 8u we learned, we improved and we were successful. We represented Los Fresnos Pony League in the World Series as best as we could, with pride and perseverance. The girls fought until the very last minute of our last game and their effort doesn’t go unnoticed. There is still a lot of softball to play for these girls and the best, is yet to come.
