We’ve been learning how to talk to God. In 2027, we begin learning how to listen.

Sometimes we pray for God to change the situation because we’re tired of going through it.

But what if, while we’re waiting for the circumstances to change, God is doing something in us?

Building patience. Strengthening our faith. Teaching us to trust Him in ways we never had to before.

Don’t give up just because the process is uncomfortable. Let God finish the work.

One day, you may look back and realize the season you wanted God to remove was also the season He used to grow you.

Prayer shouldn’t only happen when life falls apart.

Prayer is relationship. It’s talking to God, listening to Him, and spending time in His presence, not only when we need something.

As we move through these final months of 2026, we’re going back to some real questions:

How do I pray when I’m hurting?
When I’m waiting?
When I’m under pressure?
When the answer still hasn’t come?

We started this journey together. Now, let’s finish what we started.

Hello, September.

We don’t know everything this month will bring. Some of us are still waiting on prayers from last month. Some are hoping for a fresh start. And some are simply asking God for the strength to keep going.

Whatever September holds, we don’t have to walk into it with everything figured out.

Pray more. Worry less. Trust God with what you can’t control. Take it one day at a time and let Him lead the way.

New month. New opportunities. Same faithful God.

Welcome, September. May we have plenty of reasons to look back and say, “Thank You, Lord.”

Sometimes the hardest person to deal with is ourselves. Our thoughts, our emotions, our words, and the way we react when something hits the wrong nerve.

That’s why sometimes the prayer is simply, “Lord, hold my tongue. Give me peace. Show me the way. And Lord, deliver me from me.”

Maybe this month didn’t go exactly the way you hoped. Some prayers are still unanswered. Some things are still being worked out. And maybe you’re carrying a few worries with you into the next month.

But don’t lose hope.

Your next month will be even more blessed. Keep praying, keep trusting God, and walk into what’s ahead with a grateful heart.
