Prost to another season in the books for the Sparkle City boys ! The 2021 sugaring season started on January 3rd this year and we are pulling taps today, February 23rd. We were blessed with great sap runs and beautiful weather for boiling throughout this wild season. Sparkle City Syrup successfully bottled more syrup than ever this year, and we are looking forward to doing it again in 2022!
