One of my favorite parts of competing isn't the stage
it's the people I meet behind it. 🤍
Every show brings together athletes and coaches from different countries, different backgrounds, and different walks of life. Some are familiar faces I've been blessed to reconnect with, while others become new friends whose stories I'll never forget.
A special shoutout to my sister and adaptive athlete, .It was so amazing seeing you again. Your courage, determination, and unstoppable spirit remind all of us that true strength comes from within. You inspire more people than you know. ❤️
That weekend reminded me why I fell in love with bodybuilding in the first place.
I met a 62-year-old athlete preparing for her pro debut. I met a competitor over 70 years old who still steps on stage with passion and pride. I watched a mother and daughter share the stage together. I met athletes who have overcome challenges that most people could never imagine facing.
To all the amazing Korean athletes I met that weekend.
it was such a pleasure meeting you, and I hope our paths cross again on another stage soon. 🇰🇷✨
Moments like these put everything into perspective.
Bodybuilding isn't just about building a physique. It's about building character. It's about resilience when life gets hard, discipline when nobody is watching, and the courage to keep showing up no matter what obstacles stand in your way.
Every athlete has a story.
Every scar has a lesson.
Every stage has a purpose.
I'm grateful to be part of a community that proves every day that age is just a number, limitations can be overcome, and it's never too late to chase your dreams. ✨
This sport continues to humble me, inspire me, and remind me that the strongest muscles we build are often the ones nobody can see. 💪🏻❤️
