It is tournament week! Please read through the information below. If there are any questions please reach out to us!

There will be no gate fee this year!

2026 Tournament Rules

USA-sanctioned tournament. (12 after 3; 10 after 4; 8 after 5).

Can bat everyone on Saturday – open substitution.

USA rules on Sunday – courtesy runners are bench players.

Time Limit – 75 minutes (pool play games can end in a tie).

U10 Division – 5 runs per inning limit on all 3 days - home is open.

Coin flip for the home team – the home team is the official scorekeeper.

Umpires’ decisions are final – NO PROTESTS. Coaches are responsible for the conduct/sportsmanship of players and fans.

Pool Play results will determine seeding into Sunday’s single elimination tournament. In the event of a tie in pool play, seeding will be based on the following:

a. Win/Loss Record

b. Head to Head Score

c. Fewest Runs Allowed

d. Runs Scored

e. Coin Flip

Individual medals for 1st and 2nd place in each division.
Tournament Directors reserve the right to change the tournament format.
Game balls are provided.
Please clean up your dugout after each game and keep the park clean.

Concessions are available at Sertoma and limited concessions are available at the Summit Fields. SERTOMA TAKES CREDIT CARD - SUMMIT DOES NOT!!

The Summit Fields will have Ma Ma Mech's Food Truck.

Games may start up to 30 minutes early if umpires are ready and the game before finishes early.

Changes of games to due weather will be determined by the tournament directors.

If a member of a team (player, coach, parent etc) is ejected by an umpire, they must leave the facility immediately. They will also be suspended for one additional game.

T-shirt stand is available at Sertoma Park in between fields A and B.
