Come out and help us celebrate our Yamhill-Carlton seniors as they take the field for Senior Night!

These athletes have put in years of hard work, leadership, and dedication to their team, school, and community. Let’s pack the stands and show them how much Tiger Nation appreciates them.

🏈 YC TIGERS FLAG FOOTBALL – WEEK RECAP 🐅

Another big week for the Tigers as we go 2-1 and improve to 5-2 on the season!

We kicked things off Wednesday at home vs. 6A North Salem, where Kaylie Spaulding made a statement in her home debut. Kaylie was everywhere on the field:
6 receptions for 71 yards
7 rushes for 51 yards
3 total TDs (2 receiving, 1 rushing)
3 tackles & 2 interceptions

A complete performance leading to a great team win!

We then hit the road to Happy Valley to take on Parkrose and Nelson.

Game 1 vs Parkrose Broncos
Freshman Taisley Farnsworth stepped in for her first varsity start at QB and delivered in a big way:
52 passing yards & 2 passing TDs
3 rushing TDs

With great support from our upperclassmen, Taisley led the Tigers to a dominant 59-0 victory.

Game 2 vs Nelson Hawks
In a defensive battle, Lilah Stahl stepped up:
5 receptions for 72 yards
1 receiving TD (our only score of the game)
22 passing yards
5 tackles & 1 interception

The Tigers fought hard to a 6-6 tie at the end of regulation, but came up just short in overtime, falling 12-6 in the second game of a tough doubleheader.

Next Up:
We’re back in action this Wednesday (4/8) at South Salem vs. the Saxons.

Be part of something special as YC Varsity Flag Football kicks off our HOME SEASON OPENER this Wednesday!
