As our first season wraps up and we head into playoffs, I just want to say how proud I am of all our Jr. Pirates athletes!

This season wasn’t just about winning games. It was about giving these kids an opportunity, building friendships, learning teamwork, and being part of something bigger.

We had our ups and downs, but that’s all part of growing. What matters most is that our athletes kept showing up, working hard, and improving every week. Win or lose, there’s so much to be proud of!

And let’s not forget our cheerleaders! Thank you girls for bringing the energy, showing your Pirate Pride, and cheering on our teams all season long. You are a huge part of this family!

To our coaches, parents, volunteers, and everyone who supported us, THANK YOU! Starting a new program wasn’t easy, and we couldn’t have done it without everyone coming together for these kids.

To the teams whose season has ended, keep your heads up! Take what you’ve learned and come back even stronger next year.

To our teams heading into playoffs, let’s keep that momentum going! Give it everything you’ve got and enjoy every moment!

Our first season may not have been perfect, but we made a lot of memories, learned a lot, and built something special. I can’t wait to see how much we grow from here.

At the end of the day, it’s bigger than football and cheer. It’s about our kids and our community.
