🏁 TEAM ZERO RACING — THE 2027 SEASON STARTS NOW! 🏁

The calendar may say the 2026 season is winding down, but here at Team Zero Racing, we’re already full throttle on 2027! 🏎️💨

With our first race only 90 DAYS AWAY, there’s no time to waste. The team is already hard at work preparing our cars, building our program, and getting ready to hit the track!

🔥 THE COUNTDOWN IS ON!

Our 2027 plans are taking shape, with an ambitious season ahead and some big goals to chase. From the opening race at the Chilly W***y in Tucson, Arizona, to our planned season finale at the Snowflake in Pensacola, Florida, we’re working to make 2027 a season to remember!

🏁 TEAM ZERO RACING — CHAMPIONSHIP NIGHT RECAP 🏁

Championship Night at Wenatchee Valley Super Oval didn’t end the way we wanted, but there were definitely some positives to take away from the night.

We qualified 14th with a 12.8-second lap, another personal best for Team Zero Racing. Unfortunately, a track worker error during qualifying cost us and another competitor some valuable track time and qualifying speed, but the team stayed focused and we were able to put another personal-best lap on the board.

When the race started, the 021 had some great drive and we were able to move forward several positions early. The car was handling well and we felt like we had a legitimate shot at continuing to move toward the front.

As the race progressed, we began experiencing a brake issue, with the brake pads possibly starting to glaze. We brought the car down pit road around lap 40 to make adjustments, remove some tape from the grill, and address the brake duct.

Unfortunately, the pit stop put us a lap down.

The team never gave up. We continued fighting, and the lucky dog gave us the opportunity to get back on the lead lap and back into the fight.

Then, just after lap 80, as the field was going back to green, the big one happened. Seven or eight cars were involved, and unfortunately, the 021 was one of them.

That ended our night and, with it, our opportunity to fight for a top-10 finish in the championship points.

It’s certainly not the ending we wanted, but we’re going to take the positives from this season. Every time we’ve returned to a track, we’ve continued to find more speed, and tonight was no different with another personal-best qualifying lap.

This season has been about learning, improving, and continuing to build.

Well it’s time !!!
The final race for the Cars Tour West Season we qualified in with 12.8 another personal best for the Team starting in the 14th position and needing to manage a top 11th for the night should move us up in to the Top 10 in points if the math is right thanks to everyone who has been with us this season 2027 is already shaping up to be a great season

🏁 TEAM ZERO RACING — TRI-CITIES AFTER-RACE REPORT 🏁

Team Zero Racing unloaded a good piece this weekend at Tri-Cities. We backed up our time from our last visit in April, and the #021 showed that we had made some serious progress since our last trip to the track.

Unfortunately, we had a misstep in qualifying that put us starting toward the back of the field. Even so, we still bettered our previous time from April, which was a big positive. We knew going into the race that we had a much better car than our qualifying position showed.

When the race started, we found ourselves battling both the competition and changing track conditions. We made the decision to pit multiple times for adjustments, working hard to make the car drive better and give us the best possible race car.

Those adjustments started paying off. At one point, the #021 worked its way all the way up to 7th position, showing the speed we knew was underneath us.

Unfortunately, a spin on the front stretch earlier in the race cost us valuable track position. Then, late in the race, another incident involving a competitor resulted in contact with the #021 and caused damage to the car.

Despite the damage, we were able to continue and bring the car home 11th, tail-end of the lead lap.

Obviously, 11th isn’t where we wanted to finish, especially knowing we had a car capable of running inside the top 10 and were able to race as high as 7th. But we’re choosing to focus on the positives.

We improved our time from April, had a competitive race car, battled our way forward from the back, and showed that Team Zero Racing continues to make progress.

The results don’t always tell the whole story—but we’re getting closer.

Now we turn our attention to the final Cars Tour West race of the season at Wenatchee Valley Super Oval on September 19. We’re going to take everything we learned from Tri-Cities, repair the #021, and come ready to finish this season on a high note.

CHECKED THE BOX! 🏁🔥

Team Zero Racing finally checked another box off the list!

We competed in our first-ever Summer Showdown in the Cars Tour Pro Late Model portion of the weekend, and came away with an unofficial 13th-place finish out of 26 cars!

More importantly, we continued doing what we’ve been doing all season long — when we get the opportunity to return to a track for the second time, we find more speed and continue to improve this car every single time.

That progress means a lot to us. It shows the hard work, dedication, and countless hours that this team puts in are paying off.

I cannot thank my team and our sponsors enough for everything they do to keep Team Zero Racing moving forward. There’s nothing better than seeing the people who support us get excited about what we’re doing and already looking forward to the next race. That’s what makes all the hard work worth it!
