🔥🥎 NOW FOR THE GUYS BEHIND THE GIRLS 🥎🔥

We’ve introduced the players (and Grandpa Jeff) … now it’s time to recognize some of the guys who help make this team what it is. 😂

From Brad keeping the GameChanger stats straight, Steve making sure the video is actually pointed at the field, Paul patrolling foul-ball territory, Drew keeping everyone supplied with candy and popsicles, Matt quietly bringing the intensity, and Casey bringing enough energy for the entire complex… this crew definitely has their roles figured out. 😂🔥

Different personalities. Different specialties. One thing in common ... THEY SHOW UP FOR THESE GIRLS. 💙🧡

The rides, the long weekends, the early mornings, the late games, the ridiculous amount of money spent on softball bats … and somehow they keep coming back for more.

We have a pretty special group of dads and families surrounding this team, and we wouldn’t want to do this crazy softball life with anyone else.

🔥🥎 MEET THE TEAMS’ #1 FAN — GRANDPA JEFF! 🥎🔥

Every team needs that person who is always there, always cheering and always ALL-IN on the girls … for us, that’s Grandpa Jeff. 💙🧡

Rain, heat, long weekends, early games — doesn’t matter. If the Flames are playing, Jeff is there.

His responsibilities are critical: cheer on the girls, keep the energy up, support the coaches… and provide the umpires with helpful feedback when absolutely necessary. 😂 We’re pretty sure they appreciate it.

He’s been part of this crew for years, and we wouldn’t want a season without him.

The girls play. The coaches coach. The umpires umpire. Grandpa Jeff supervises all of it. 😂🔥

Thanks for always being there, Jeff!

🔥🥎 PARENTS vs. KIDS ... 2026 EDITION 🥎🔥

Another year. Another classic. And unfortunately for the Flames 39U squad… another loss. 😂

The parents came ready this year and carried a 2-1 lead into the final inning … but the girls did what they do.

A late rally. A walk-off comeback. Players win, 3-2! 🔥

Plenty of laughs, a little questionable athleticism from the adults, and probably a few sore muscles the next morning. 😂

One of our favorite traditions because sometimes softball is simply supposed to be fun. 💙🧡

The players are set … now it’s time to introduce the crew helping lead them!

We’re excited to have Coach Lexi back with the Flames for another season! 💙🧡

Lexi is currently a student-athlete at Kalamazoo College, where she plays catcher, and brings that college experience, energy and perspective right back to our girls.

She knows the game, connects incredibly well with the players, and most importantly — she loves being around this group and helping them get better.

We’re lucky to have her back in the dugout!
