WERQ® is the fiercely fun dance fitness format blending rock, pop, and hip-hop hits from Billboard top 100 with fitness moves, dance moves, and high-calorie burn cardio. WERQ®Like a Boss is an all-in-one workout designed by the creator of WERQ Dance Fitness! This workout combines everything you need (dance for cardio, resistance training for strength, and stretching for mobility) in less than one
