🏃 ROAD TO KING TURDAY DAY TIP

Your first mile shouldn't be your warm-up.

Before every workout, spend about five minutes getting your body ready.

Try:
🚶 Easy walking
🦵 Leg swings
⭕ Hip circles
🦶 Ankle rolls
💪 Gentle arm circles

You'll loosen up your muscles, improve your range of motion, and make those first few minutes of your workout feel much better.

A few minutes before you start can make the entire workout feel easier.

Your legs aren't usually the first thing to give up.

Your mind is.

Almost everyone reaches a point during a workout where they think,
"I could stop now."

Instead of quitting, try focusing on something small:

➡️ Run to the next tree.
➡️ Walk to the next corner.
➡️ Take ten more steps.

Breaking a workout into smaller goals makes big distances feel much more manageable.
