Saturday is the winter solstice, midwinter - the shortest day and longest night of the year. After the solstice, the days will start to slowly lengthen as the Earth begins the journey towards spring. Winter’s quiet energy and the upcoming turn of the year encourage reflection. Our experiences are among our best teachers, and looking closely at where we have been can help us focus on how we would like to grow.
