Massachusetts Women Of Color Coalition We envision a Commonwealth of authentic inclusion where racism and sexism no longer dictates the outcomes of women of color and our communities.

Massachusetts Women of Color Coalition is dedicated to eradicating the racial inequities among women of color created by structural, institutional, interpersonal, and internalized racism. We will address racial inequities through authentic inclusion in the areas of politics, education, economic empowerment, criminal justice and health and wellness. Our success will maximize the benefits and contributions for all aggrieved communities of color and the Commonwealth as a whole.

Celia Johnston, President & CEO, Visionary and Founding Member of Massachusetts Women Of Color Coalition, will speak on Panel 4: Resistance, Protection, and the Pursuit of Freedom, held in honor of John Lewis.

Centered on this year’s theme, Shaping Tomorrow: Black Autonomy in an Age of Erasure, the conference brings together leaders, scholars, activists, and community voices to explore Black autonomy, collective power, freedom, and what it means to shape the future.

Thanks to the generous support of a donor, Massachusetts Women Of Color Coalition is able to reduce the program fee for the upcoming 4th Cohort of the Intergenerational Leadership Academy – Women of Color Program (ILA-WOC), making this leadership experience more accessible to Women of Color ready to invest in their growth.

Updated Program Fees:
