WHAT do you do WHEN you're already out ON the TRACK warming up, and it starts to RAIN?
NOTE: The "plan" was to only run SHORT 10 and 20 yard SPRINTS as we are WORKING to DEVELOP quicker ACCELERATION for soccer, basketball and lacrosse.

ALSO NOTE: Riley runs the 10 Yard Dash in ONLY 1:73!
But with HOW we TRAIN, she is FAST at ALL 4 distances!
