Update on Rosie from her wreck on May 16, her wrist is broken in two places, but is healing well. We were hoping that she would be cleared to race sooner, but her Dr adamantly says no racing until the cast comes off.

After taking a closer look at her kart, the body is totaled. Thought we would be able to patch it with some fiberglass, but the damage is too much. While she decides on the next body color, she still can’t make up her mind on the next wrap. So we want your feedback on which of the three options.
1. Kyle Busch M&M tribute
2. Dale Earnhardt
3. Lightning McQueen

Rosie went to Savage Motor Speedway for the first time last night. Needless to say her night didn’t end the way we had hoped.

In her heat race she started 2nd and finished 3rd.

For her feature race she started 6th and was running good, but got tangled up with some other karts and got into the wall, which ended her night.

She was hurting afterwards, as a precaution we brought her to get checked out, I’m glad we did. She might be out of racing for a little while. Her left wrist is broke in two places.

There are so many people that rushed in to help and went out of there way to help. I knew we had a close racing family, but last night really showed how close we are. I can’t thank y’all enough.

Race re-cap 25 April 2026

Rosie went to Midway Speedway and showed out. In practice we realized that our gearing setup was not what we needed. Had to make a call to the Wizard for advice. Made the change and it was definitely the right one.

In her flat kart she started P4 and finished P4 in her heat race. Which had her starting P4 in the feature. She worked her way up and finished 2nd.

In her Jr Wing she started on the pole in her heat race. Once the green flag dropped she never checked up, finishing 1st. For her feature race, we made yet another gear change. Didn’t want the competition to catch up. We knew they were going to be doing the same to get more speed. She started on the pole and led the race to take the checkered flag. We finally got that monkey off our backs and landed in the Winner Circle.

We would like to thank all of our sponsors and everyone who helped us make this happen.

We went to Midway Speedway yesterday for their grand opening. What a fast track tha was hooked up.

Rosie started 2nd in her Jr wing heat race, finished 3rd.
Started 3rd in Jr3 and finished 4th.
Feature race, Jr Wing started 3rd and DNF because of the axle key way fell out, due to her hitting the wall and rolling the kart earlier in the day.
Jr3 she started 7th and finished 6th.

I started 3rd in my heat race, kart was super fast and was hooked up. I finished 1st in my heat race. Went out for the feature in a stacked field of 15 karts, coming out of the first turn I snapped a rocker arm and bent a push rod, which ended my night.

We would like to thank our sponsors and everyone who has helped us.

Race recap from Saturday Feb 28 at Farmhouse Raceway.
It was a bittersweet day of racing. A place where myself and Rosie got our start at racing finally had its last laps. Was so glad we were able to make the show. There was 87 karts registered, one of the largest kart counts that i have ever seen.

Rosie moved up to Jr3 in her flat kart.
Heat races:
In Jr3 started 3rd and finished 4th
In her Jr Wing she started on the pole and finished 3rd

Feature races:
Jr3 started 4th and finished 5th
Jr Wing started 3rd and finished 3rd

In my Open kart we had one of the largest groups that we have had since I started racing, 12 karts. We had to break it up into 2 groups for the heat race.

I started 3rd and finished 3rd in my heat race.
For my feature race, I started 6th and finished 6th.

We would like to thank all of our sponsors and anyone that has helped us in any way. We could not do this without you.
