Established in 1899, Massanutten Military Academy has a long tradition of providing a structure for success. It has grown as a co-ed institution with a traditional school culture to include sports, dances, and leisure-time activities. Massanutten instills appropriate social skills, respect for others, and an understanding of the world beyond our campus within our cadets.

Congratulations to Ruey Ruey on his EPL Player of the Year award!!!

Ruey is a 3 year starter from Ottawa, Canada. He first came to Massanutten as a 16 year old junior in HS along with his brother Ngundeng Ruey who was a post grad. Ruey graduated last year in the 2025 class with a 3.3GPA. He is only getting better and we expect very big things from him at the next level!

He is the 2nd Massanutten player to be named EPL Player of the Year with Troy McKoy Jr. earning it in the '23-'24 season (also a 3 year guy for us)!

Great Way to end 2025 for us!

We closed out our season with a Win over I.C. Norcom on Saturday night heading into Christmas Break. Current record at 11-5 with some big games after break. We are sitting in 1st place of our Elite Prep League conference at 3-0.

We spent Friday night in Portsmouth, VA helping out at BIG H.O.M.I.E.S for their youth mentorship Christmas Party. Guys were able to connect with hundreds of kids, making stockings, building gingerbread houses, handing out hot chocolate, and helping kids pick out their Christmas presents.

First weekend back in action from Thanksgiving Break.

Dropped 2 games at the National Prep Showcase before break to #12 Vermont and #1 Putnam Science.

We lost our first game back on Friday but finished the weekend strong with a good win vs a tough Miller School and capped the weekend off with a Big Win vs #8 Western Reserve!!

Next up, headed to Bradenton, FL for the annual Sunshine Prep Showcase at IMG. We play Darrow on 12/13, a rematch of our 68-65 win in last years National Championship 1st round game. On 12/14 we play #16 Sunrise Christian.
