Good luck to everyone racing in the Scenic City! It’s going to be an incredible weekend at IRONMAN 70.3 Chattanooga, and we can’t wait to see our Athletes conquer the day.

Swing by the Expo to say hello and look for the Stag shirts. We’ll be around all weekend for mechanical support, course pep talks, and race-day Sherpa duties for the families.

Not at the start line this morning, but I’ve been checking the tracker all morning for Ironman 70.3 Gulf Coast.

Pro tip from someone that’s done Ironman Florida and done 70.3 Gulf Coast over five times -

That flat bike course through the Pines looks fast on paper, but it’s all about managing that coastal wind and that humidity jump once you get back for the run.

since the swim was cut down to 1k, don’t let the adrenaline of a quick T1 convince you to over bike. Save enough legs for the run. That’s where the race is one.
