Parents’ Night Out will now be offered two times every month! Our September dates are Saturday the 12th and 26th. We hope to see you at one, or both.

✔️ classes for ages 18 months - 18 years
✔️ levels beginner - advanced
✔️ availability Monday - Saturday

🌟 Wishing the best of luck to our very own Rosalee Steele, who is testing physical abilities for the USA Gymnastics TOPS Program! She is the first NMGC athlete to represent North Metro at TOPS Testing! 🌟

A little about TOPS: The purpose of the TOPS National Program is to build physical abilities and technically sound fundamentals for 8-10 year old female athletes. These physical abilities will support technical proficiency throughout a gymnast’s career.

Our monthly Parents' Night Out is scheduled for Saturday, July 18th 6PM - 10PM.

We'll be back with a great crew, ready to play all your kid's favorite games, jump on the trampolines, and eat some pizza 🍕
