🏆 Top Tier -Battle of the Bats 15U Tournament Champs🏆

The boys finished a perfect weekend tonight, but their opponents didn't make it easy.

After winning a one-run thriller in the semifinal, we closed out the tournament with a dramatic 5-4 walk-off victory over the Mavericks. ⚾🔥

With the game tied in the bottom of the 6th, Ethan Schweinfurth delivered the game-winning hit, driving in the winning run and sending the Jaxx home victorious.

On the mound, Calvin Veranth was dominant, punching out 11 hitters over 5 innings while allowing just one run. 💪

At the plate:
🔥 Malachi Bissitt: 2-for-3, 2 RBI
🔥 Carter Westfall: 2 hits
🔥 Weston Allbaugh: RBI single

The defense was rock solid all game long, playing error-free baseball when it mattered most.

Undefeated. Walk-off win. Tournament champs. That's a pretty good way to spend a weekend. 💎⚾

Dayson Sooto was on a mission at the plate this weekend.

Our center fielder launched not one, but TWO home runs, earning himself recognition as a Tournament Top Performer. 💣💣

Apparently, baseballs weren't the only things taking a beating. During an at-bat, Dayson also snapped his bat in half—because when you're swinging that hot, sometimes the equipment can't keep up. 💥

A huge weekend from Dayson and a well-deserved honor from Perfect Game Northwest.👏

An absolute heartbreaker in extra innings. 💎⚾

A tough ending, but a hard-fought performance that showcased this group's resilience and competitiveness. 7-6 on the final play of the game against Elevate Allen. Diamond Jaxx outhit their opponent 11-7, while Shawn Lefeber delivered a strong start, allowing just two runs over five innings, and Casey Burke came up big in relief to help keep the Jaxx in control deep into the game.

At the plate, Shawn Lefeber, Malachi Bissitt, and Calvin Veranth collected two hits each, while Ethan Schweinfurth, Trey Dill, Carter Westfall, and Dayson Sooto drove in runs during a gritty offensive effort.

A tough ending, but a hard-fought performance that showed the resilience and competitiveness of this group.

Split on Saturday at Kasch Park! ⚾

The Diamond Jaxx earned a hard-fought 5-4 win over the Stanwood Cannons behind strong pitching from Shawn Lefeber and Dain Schindele, while the offense showed patience with 12 walks and timely contributions throughout the lineup.

In Game 2, the Jaxx battled but fell 5-1 to Seattle Select Black. Casey Burke struck out three in his start, Charlie Cermak logged five innings in relief, and the Jaxx turned a double play while collecting hits from five different players.

A 1-1 day for the boys, showing grit and competing hard in both games. 💎⚾

Recapping game two of our double header to kick off the Perfect Game Northwest 15U College Prep Circuit league. We dropped game #1 but came back in dramatic fashion to take game #2. Both games were well played by both teams.

The boys opened league play on Tuesday against a solid Maltby Redhawks squad. NL dropped game 1 in a tough battle. Then the teams played some hacky sack. 😂
Game 2 featured a gritty come-from-behind win that was WAY closer than the final score would indicate.
