Played baseball through High School at Meadowdale.

Goals: Develop strong team dynamic | Improve individual player skills | Compete at high level in tournaments and win championships
Off-Field: Emphasizes importance of academics/sportsmanship/leaders Went to Washington State University graduating with a degree in Sport Management. Started coaching softball in 2016 at Meadowdale High School. I was an assistant varsity coach from 2016-2024 while making the state tournament 3 times including a State Championship in 2016. Current head coach at Meadowdale Middle School starting in 2023. Olivia Feistel
Hi, I’m Olivia Feistel!! I played softball for 10 years. I played at Meadowdale High School as a pitcher as well as first base. I played for select for 5 years. Im going to college at Central Washington University to study Sports Management

Peyton Fry
Hi, Im Peyton Fry. I am a senior at Meadowdale High School. I have played softball for almost 10 years, including 7 select seasons and 4 years starting on varsity as a catcher and 3rd baseman. I have helped coach softball at Meadowdale Middle School and done catching lessons. I am very excited to coach this team and hopefully make some great strides out on the field! Headed to Linfield University to study elementary education. Dennis Hopkins
33 years of experience coaching softball from t-ball through 18U. Head coach of Meadowdale High School for 16 years plus head coach at Meadowdale Middle School. During his high school tenure, he took his team to State 7 times resulting in two 3rd place finishes and won the State Tournament in 2016. Has coached multiple players at 18U and high school that have gone on to play college softball from community college to D1. Was voted Seattle Time Coach of the Year in 2013 and Everett Herald Coach of the Year in 2016. Kate Houghton
Hi Im Kate Houghton. Im 23 years old and I played division 1 softball for Central Connecticut State University before transferring to Washington State University to finish my degree in advertising. I was a 4-year starter at Meadowdale High School as a pitcher. Played 4 years with Absolute Blast 18U gold. Les Feistel
As a coach, I prioritize developing well-rounded players who excel on and off the field. I believe in fostering a positive team culture, promoting hard work, and encouraging players to reach their full potential. I have over 15 years’ experience in fastpitch softball, with a focus on player development and team success in Little League (Pacific and Northshore) and travel/club with both of my daughters. I also love the aspects of tracking statistics and scouting fastpitch teams/players. Coaching style includes emphasis in fundamentals, technique, and strategy. Focuses on creating a supportive and competitive team environment. Encouraging players to take ownership of their development and growth. Sasha Mitchell
Played softball at Juanita high school and was 2023 Kinco League MVP. Played select for Absolute Blast Fastpitch and played for Central Washington University 2020-2024

Friends of United Softball Club, in partnership with USA Softball of Seattle, is hosting the Holiday Giving Charity Softball Tournament on November 21-22 at Kasch Park in Everett, WA. We'll have 12U, 14U, and 16-18U divisions, with a 3-game guarantee and pool play into bracket play. All proceeds after expenses will go to local families in need this holiday season. Bring canned and non-perishable food, gift cards, or other donations to the field, and programs, please help us identify families in your community who could use some extra support. The goal is to specifically help families in our softball community!
