The fully equipped mixed martial arts training facility with over 7,000 sq ft in the Woodhaven Queens area providing classes in Kickboxing, Boxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu/Wrestling and Filipino Martial Arts. y workout that encompasses modern training techniques with fitness science. Whether its for self defense, learning the sport or just getting in shape, this is a program that guarantees results. Additional programs give a more focused approach to specific modern martial arts disciplines while still incorporating a fitness mentality. This is also the only school representing the Doce Pares Eskrima organization, the largest Filipino Martial Arts organization in the world. Training focuses on traditional aspects of weapon based combat as well as modern application.
