We are so grateful and excited to welcome Rielley Coles on her second season working with our and choreographing our 2026-2027 Game Day and Jazz routines!

Rielley Pearl is a prominent competitive dancer and dance coach from Connecticut.

She is heavily tied to the local dance community, particularly through her collegiate career and coaching positions in Fairfield County and Hartford County.

Rielley is a Sacred Heart University Coach & Alumna. After serving as a prominent Division I Dance Team Captain during her undergraduate years, she graduated in 2024 with a major in Interdisciplinary Studies (Elementary Education). She transition into leadership and currently serves as an Assistant Coach for the powerhouse Sacred Heart University Pioneers Dance Team. She helped guide the team to back-to-back Division I Spirit Rally National Titles!

She is originally from Southington, Connecticut, and previously trained and competed locally as a competitive dancer at Triple Threat Dance Co. Complex where she continues to teach and inspire!

Beyond her work with collegiate athletics, she actively hosts dance clinics and prep workshops for local high school teams—such as our own Wolcott High School—helping aspiring athletes prepare for college-level dancing.

Our team is beyond proud to welcome back, Rielley! ❤️🦅
