As we celebrate the Fourth of July, we are reminded how grateful we are for the freedoms we enjoy every day!
Including for these girls to be able to play, compete, lead, and be celebrated through sports.

We are incredibly grateful to be able to live in a country where women’s athletics continue to grow and inspire the next generation!

Today was about more than basketball, it was about hard work, commitment, and appreciating the opportunities in front of us.

Today in honor of America we put in the work and made

🏀250 favorite shots
🏀250 free throws
🏀Ran 250 stairs
🏀250 Pound dribbles
🏀250 crossovers, behind the backs and under the legs.

But we have another opportunity! Tuesday June 9th at AHS starts the AHS run basketball camp! See the attached flyer to register.

Assumption High School hosted the State competitions for Math, Spelling, and Free Throws today.

Assumption should be proud of all of our students who competed. Such a large and talented field from across the state in all events, and Assumption was represented well both academically and athletically.

A special shoutout to our very own Assumption Girls Basketball Player, Rhetta, for an amazing accomplishment as the State Runner-Up in the 13-year-old Free Throw Competition!

Thank you to the Knights of Columbus for organizing this event and giving our youth the opportunity to shine in so many ways.

🏀 Exciting News for Assumption Girls Basketball! 🏀

We are proud to announce that Jordyn Jaglinski has been selected to compete in the 2026 WBCA All-Star Game on June 24th in Wisconsin Dells! This is an incredible honor and a testament to her hard work and dedication. 💙
As part of this amazing experience, Jordyn is raising money for five outstanding charities: Garding Against Cancer, the MACC Fund, Ronald McDonald House, Camp Waubeek (Easter Seals), and Hometown Heroes. These organizations make a meaningful impact on kids, families, and communities across Wisconsin.
If you’re able to contribute, even a small donation would make a big difference. The support of the Assumption community is truly special, and every bit of generosity is appreciated!
Jordyn would also love to see familiar faces in the crowd—if you can, come out and support her on June 24th in Wisconsin Dells!
